HYOV’s features can be accessed through paid subscriptions wherein:

• Fees are due in accordance with the plan you select.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee results, connection growth, or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
• We are not responsible for LinkedIn account actions, including suspensions or bans.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYOV, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or LinkedIn’s rules.
• Any content or actions taken through your LinkedIn account using the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
